All timber for external products has undergone high pressure treatment to help prevent rot.

Hot Tub Gazebo Cover Information.

Timber and fixings:

The wood used is 
C16 strength graded structural timber with eased edges.

The roof frames are constructed with 100mm x 50mm timber. (4"x2")

The rafters are constructed with 75mm x 50mm timber. (3"x2")

All fixings are exterior grade.

All fixings required for fitting together the gazebo are supplied. Driver bits are supplied for the fixings to suit cordless drill/impact drivers.

Rafters:

The number of rafters required will vary according to the size and shape of your gazebo. As a guide, the following formula usually applies:

2 rafters fitted to roofs up to 2.2m

3 rafters fitted to roofs up to 3.2m

4 rafters fitted to roofs up to 4.2m

5 rafters fitted to roofs up to 4.8m

Support leg information:

The legs are made fom timber carcassing that has been planed and pressure treated. 

The edges have routed chamfers.

They measure 2.4m long. Width is approximately 95mm.

The shaped corner supports are pre fixed and holes have been drilled ready to be assembled to the roof.

Corner covers are supplied to cover any fixings and to strengthen the connection from leg to roof.

Luxury gazebo panel information.

Timber and fixings:

The main frames are constructed with 100mm x 50mm timber. (4"x2")

The spindles are constructed with 75mm x 50mm timber. (3"x2")

All fixings are exterior grade.

All fixings required for fitting together the gazebo are supplied. Driver bits are supplied for the fixings to suit cordless drill/impact drivers.

Dimensions and access openings between the panels:

The panels measure 2.1m high x 0.8m wide.

Once two frames are assembled, they create two different sized entrances on the gazebo (two of each size) with a difference of 100mm between them. These openings can be filled with additional panels depending how many entrances are required.  For example, a 3m luxury gazebo will have two opposing openings of 1.4m and two more opposing openings of 1.3m.

A 2.4m gazebo has opposing openings of 0.8m and 0.7.

If you decide to purchase infill panels to close the entrances, we will need to know which entrance/exits you wish to block.

Decking Information.

Decking frames are made to support the deck boards.

The frames are constructed with 100mm x 50mm timber. (4"x2")

Decking frames (up to 3m x 3m) will be made as two frames completely assembled with joists.

Specialist timber screws are supplied to join the frames.

Adequate support must be given for the frame to sit on.

The decking boards come cut to length and with all of the necessary screws to fasten down.
